Mindful family looking for a warm, experienced nanny for our 6-month-old son. Both parents work from home, but we stay in our offices and give you full autonomy — we trust you completely with him.
We have a family medical situation, so we genuinely need an extra set of capable hands, not someone who's micromanaged. We're hoping for a long-term fit — someone who truly loves babies and finds joy in their development.
We're inspired by Montessori and right-brain early learning (Heguru/Shichida flashcard style — we'll happily teach you!). We also love getting outside daily and want someone who enjoys nature walks and fresh air with the baby.
Our home is scent-free and non-toxic — no perfumes, strong fragrances, or harsh chemicals around the baby. We have a cat but he keeps to himself, so no pet duties.
Daily tasks include baby's laundry, meal prep, bottle cleaning, and keeping his play areas tidy. If you're open to light housework or helping with family meals here and there, that would be amazing — but baby always comes first.

The kids have always been homeschooled so that would be a big part of the job. I have been doing it but I am starting another business soon and I can use some help especially with that.
The kids are pretty self sufficient they can cook and know how to keep up with themselves as far as chores go. So management and showing affection is most needed beyond school help.
Spending time reading, praying, & playing is important.
Job attire:
* Conservative dressing, no “Daisy dukes” or mini skirts or shirts that show cleavage please.
*no sexually charged messages on clothing or body art with the same to be worn or visible around the kids. Same goes for any violent or scary images.
*Tattoos and piercings are OK outside of above described categories
* if you are properly trained a concealed carry weapon is encouraged
Needs list:
*Cooking (with daughter)
*Help with Homeschooling curriculum
*Overseeing kids do their chores to ensure apartment stays clean
*being part of vacation or helping me on work trips (kids travel with me if needed)
*transportation to the occasional dr appointment
*being part of the family during “on shift” hours

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Harmon Family with 2 Children
Malachi is a very outgoing 5 year old little boy who loves Minecraft and Fornite. Miah is a well reserved 9 year old girl that loves music as well as arts and crafts. Miah is in 3rd grade, and Malachi will start Kindergarten this fall. Both kids love to be outdoors if weather permitting. Miah is allergic to cats. One week I will need child care on Monday for 9 1/2 hours and 5 1/2 hours on that Friday. The following week I will need child care on Tuesday for 9 1/2 hours, Wednesday for 9 1/2 hours, Thursday for 9 1/2 hours, & Friday for 5 hours. And my schedule will always rotate weeks like that. I would love to have someone to babysit in my home if at all possible so they would be able to get my daughter on and off of the bus.
