A little bit about us

We are seeking an experienced career nanny to care for our 10-month-old daughter, Maia. The right person is attentive, highly organized, knowledgeable about infant development, and enjoys preparing fresh, nutritious food.
Responsibilities:
Provide warm, attentive care and follow Maia’s established feeding, nap, and daily routines.
Read to her, talk and encourage language, curiosity, and motor development through age-appropriate play and walks.
Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks from whole foods. Experience with a Thermomix is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
Follow her established potty routine, recognize her cues, offer the potty consistently, and empty and thoroughly clean it after each use.
Change diapers and wash, dry, & care for her cloth diapers according to our routine.
Wash & sanitize bottles, cups, utensils, & feeding supplies; keep her feeding area clean.
Wash, fold, & organize her clothing, bibs, and bedding; keep her nursery and play areas tidy.
Carefully supervise her as she becomes more mobile.
Qualifications and household expectations
Substantial professional infant-care experience and excellent references.
Current infant CPR and First Aid certification, including knowledge of infant choking response.
Confidence with infant food safety, healthy meal preparation, and developmental activities.
Comfort with cloth diapering and an infant potty routine.
A clean, organized, dependable, patient, and proactive approach.
Short, clean, natural nails only. No artificial, acrylic, gel, press-on, or long nails.
Completely fragrance-free while caring for Maia. This includes perfume, essential-oil fragrances, scented lotions or hair products, and clothing washed with fragranced detergent, fabric softener, or dryer sheets.
Phones must be kept away from Maia. When a phone is needed for necessary communication or an emergency, it must remain at least 4 feet away from her. Otherwise, it should be kept in a designated area away from the baby.
