We are a family of 5 ( Carson 4, Oliver 2, newborn due March 2023). Both Carson and Oliver go to a local school full time so we are looking for someone to care for the newborn ~40 hours a day and occasionally (usually with short notices) to stay past 5pm if husband travels to help until ~8pm
