I will be working from home and my husband works "shift work" so each week is different for him. We will for sure need someone for 4 days straight every month. We will need someone for some half days as well. We can give a schedule of the for sure days that you are needed for 6+ months ahead of time. I will be working from home so I have no problem helping you through out the day if needed. I will be mainly in my home office. You will simple be in charge of watching our girl and entertaining her along with getting her down for naps, eating breakfast/lunch, and changing her when she needs it.
