Hi! We’re a family in Lancaster looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be about 4.5 months old when care starts.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around during the day, but we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking the lead with her while we’re working. Most days would be focused on bottles, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, playtime, and age-appropriate activities as she grows.
We’re pretty laid-back and want whoever is caring for her to feel comfortable in our home. We’re not looking for a lot of housework, just basic cleanup related to the baby and helping keep her things organized.
We also have a very sweet golden retriever who will be around during the day, so being comfortable with dogs is important. 😊
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.

I have a daughter named Natalyn she is 3 years old, I’m looking for a babysitter to watch on the weekends so I’m able to work, I work second shift as a server, my hours are usually fridays 2:30 to 10-10:30 and Sundays from 9:30 to 4:30 I don’t drive so I’m not able to provide transportation all the time, if your in distance I can get her to you I would. Just need help getting her home or your welcome to just watch her at my house.
