I've got two super active funny, fun, smart kids who love to be silly, be outside play games and learn! I have one more kid on the way due in Jan/27. I am looking for regular M-Th 9-5 then weekend and nights as needed. We travel 2-4 times per year for work that we will need help with. Like housework, meal prep and dog care. Needs to have a high level or proactivity and organization. Flexibility and loyalty are our main priorities outside of the expected safety and fun / calm environment needed for our kids. She is in a pattern of not falling asleep until 2-3am and waking up at 1-2pm. She gets really fussy usually around midnight until she sleeps. I work during the week except on Tuesdays, and my wife watches after the little ones.
