Our family is looking for a warm, reliable caregiver for our infant son while we both work mostly from home. We are big on safety and evidence-based parenting practices, and we prioritize raising good, well-adjusted humans. The ideal candidate is happy to spend time reading aloud, playing, being outdoors, singing, etc. and who doesn’t mind a messy introduction to solid foods! In view of a long-term fit, we are looking for someone flexible to learn and implement our preferred approaches to behavior management (roughly, gentle parenting), and we are more than happy to offer access to certain professional learning opportunities. We value open communication and look forward to welcoming you into our home! We would offer a contract with guaranteed hours plus paid leave, sick leave, and holidays.
