South Charlotte family seeking a kind, reliable live-in nanny / family helper for three kids (one teen + two younger). Temporary bridge while we set up longer-term support — could extend if it’s a great fit.

Duties: school drop-off and pick-up; drive kids to appointments and activities; engaged childcare during on-duty hours; light meal prep; light housekeeping / laundry / kitchen reset (not deep-clean).

Must have: valid driver’s license + clean driving record; comfortable with three kids including a teen; background check + solid references; CPR/First Aid preferred; discreet (no social posts about the family).

Start: ASAP for the right person. Pay DOE — Charlotte live-in roughly $19–$25/hr cash wages or weekly equivalent for ~40 hrs (discuss at interview). Exact address shared after screening.
