Responsibilities would be taking care of the baby while I work, feeding her, playing with her etc. We also have a dog so if they’re a dog lover and willing to walk him occasionally we would be happy to pay extra for that. Same with housecleaning or meal prep - not necessary but would be happy to pay more if that’s something they offer.
