Part-Time Nanny Job: The Manon Family with 1 Child
My wife and I are looking for someone who matches the follow criteria to watch our son:
- Trustworthy
- Responsible
- Quick to Respond
These 3 principles are the foundation for a good working relationship. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to these 3 criteria, meaning - the second I have reason to doubt, we will no longer be needing your services.
I have been the primary caregiver for my son, and I need certainty that the person taking my place can be trusted and is good at heart.
If you by nature are kind, caring, and responsible with children, then my criteria should be no issue; and, I believe we will have a good working relationship, where my wife and I will treat you with respect and like family. However is this sounds like a lot, I understand. The language is a bit intimidating, but I won’t compromise my son’s well being and safety.
About him:
He is currently enrolled in TK and has late start 4 days a week, and early start on Wednesdays. He’s 4. He speaks well, but struggles with his “k” sounds and “g” “j” sounds.
About me:
I work weekend clinics for a sports organization. I am looking to get into the public sector which will afford me job growth & stability. Until the job is obtained, the hours of employment are undisclosed. I’ve been watching our son on a consistent basis for the last 4, almost 5 years and have never let him out of my sight.
About mom:
Mom works full time, hybrid. She works from home 2 days a week and helps with duties when she’s not working or in meetings. Mom wants to trust our sitter, but the sitter needs to earn Mom’s trust and respect by being consistent with every aspect concerning our son.
To me, it’s important to find the right fit for all our sakes, including yours. I don’t want someone who resents children and can potentially harm our son through discipline, but I also don’t want someone who is so carefree that they lose my son. My wife needs stability, and I need safety for our son.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Crone Family with 1 Child
Looking for a kind, responsible, attentive nanny for my 4mo old daughter. I work from home. Looking for help 3 days a week from roughly 8-3 pm.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Law Family with 4 Children
We have 4 young kids with energy and great personalities. We need someone to provide babysitting for the occasional overnight or weeklong trip when mom and dad are away. We also have a very well-behaved dog that will need a little bit of attention. Our kids are active in school, sports, and church activities so getting them back and forth to practices and games is a priority. Our oldest kids require some supervision when finishing homework. We allow moderate screen time but encourage the kids to play outside. If you were to watch our kids on a Friday night it would likely be a movie night with popcorn and then a fun breakfast together. Overall our kids are well-behaved with babysitters.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Dallas Family with 2 Children
I’m looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and energetic nanny to care for my boys two days per week—every Monday plus one flexible weekday, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed. Safety, reliability, and consistency are extremely important to me, as my work responsibilities require me to have childcare I can truly depend on and last-minute call-offs create a significant hardship. I’m looking for someone who is attentive, patient, engaged with the boys, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. Most importantly, I want someone who will become a consistent and trusted part of our family’s routine, rather than someone looking for something temporary. My three year old is special needs no behaviors er relaxed and my four year old is talkative and helpful.
