Looking for a family to share a long-term caretaker for our four month old daughter (Charlotte).
Ideally we would love to find a family that we connect with long-term, my wife and I are active, love the outdoors - skiing, running, playing in the mountains. We would love for our daughter to find a tiny friend to grow up with before preschool. And if we could find a couple of friends we would love that too!
We have found a highly qualified nanny, but are also open to families that have an existing nanny that they trust.
We are in Arlington, I work in Watertown and my wife works in Woburn (both chemists!). Ideally we would love the nanny share to be based from our house, but we are open to discussing another family hosting. So any location on the way to work would be fine for us.

I have started a new job and will need extra support for my 15 month old daughter when I work from home during the weekends for couple hours. I will be home the whole time if preferred. She is currently going to daycare everyday from 8-5pm and very good with interacting others including kids. We need support couple hours (4-5 hrs) weekends. Saturday and/or Sunday depending on both yours and our schedules for that weekend. So we need a bit of flexibility with timing rather than a fixed schedule. She is very active and just started talking. She loves reading. Preferred language is Greek or Spanish or English. Hello! We are looking for a full-time nanny starting in late April/May to watch our boy-girl twins who will be 5 months old. We live in East Arlington, about a mile from Tufts campus. Mom works from home, and Dad is in and out throughout the day. We have a cat who mostly keeps to herself. Looking for someone CPR/first-aid certified preferred, and must be up to date on covid and flu vaccinations.
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities: Bottle feeding, play time, nap time, diaper changes, outdoor walks with stroller, light housework (emptying & loading bottles in dishwasher, folding baby blankets, etc.)
