My name is Rebecca (Bek for short) and I’ve been a Sahm for the past 8 years. I ran a coffee shop and was a freelance musician prior and my husband is an engineer with GE. We welcomed our fraternal twin girls this summer and I’m looking for help! We have 5 kids total but I’m really finding it impossibly hard to juggle it all. They are 11 weeks old and the cutest little babes. I’m thinking 2-3 days a week where you show up for a few hours and focus on caring for the twins while I catch up on housework, grocery shop, and care for my toddler while the others are at school. Very flexible on how this may look!
I’d like to assume we’re a very down to earth, easy going, and warm home. With all our life changes we’re just realizing that we can’t do it all and definitely need some help!

We will be losing our current Nanny who has been a blessing to our family for the past couple years. She needed to take another position that was best for she and her husband's situation but will always be a part of our kids lives and continue to babysit from time to time. That being said, we are in search of a new full time Nanny M-F. Typical hours would be 8:00am - 5:30pm (some flex times to 6:00 but only with a heads up prior) Some days may also be earlier than 5:30pm. The job would be for our two kiddos, Evie and Austin. Evie goes to school 4 days a week and then will be off for the summer so would have both. Main duties would be to work with our three year old, Austin, a little each day to prep him for pre school with numbers, shapes, letters, colors etc. He used to say he was going to 'Ms. Sydney' school as they would work on these things for about an hour or so per day. Getting the kids breakfast and lunch and a snack after nap time. Austin naps around 1:00. We are also working on potty training with him so this would be a focus task as well. Simple daily tasks such as unloading/loading the dishwasher and helping with the kids laundry and bedding. Great communication is always a huge help with everything! We can also have a shadow day with our current nanny, Sydney, to get a feel for the kids and how the day goes. She can 'show you the ropes'. Hi I am Brittany. My daughter is one and she is named Kinsley. I would need someone everyday Monday through Friday 7:00 am - around 3:30pm. There will be a dog here she is a german sheperd and I don't trust people with my babygirl so please make me trust you! I also need to tell you my 80 year old grandpa would be here as well. Please just leave him alone and let him do his thing.
