Babysitter Job: The McClay Family with 2 Children
Part-Time Nanny / House Helper Wanted — South Delta (Tsawwassen)
Location: Tsawwassen, South Delta, BC Hours: Flexible — minimum 6 hrs/week, up to 16–20 hrs/week available Pay: $22–$27/hour (depending on scope and experience) Start: ASAP
About the role
We're a family in Tsawwassen looking for a reliable, warm caregiver for our two boys (18 months and 3.5 years). At minimum, we need daycare pickup and afternoon care three days a week — but we're open to expanding the role into something closer to a house manager position for the right person.
Core responsibilities (minimum, ~6 hrs/week — 2 hrs x 3 days)
Pick up both kids from daycare at 3:00 PM
Bring them home and provide attentive care until a parent returns at 5:00 PM
Light engagement — snacks, play, homework/reading time as age-appropriate
Extended responsibilities (optional, up to 16–20 hrs/week)
If you're open to a broader role, additional hours could include:
General tidying around the house
Kids' laundry
Simple meal prep for the kids (and possibly the family)
We're happy to structure this as a more formal house manager–style position for someone who wants steadier hours and is comfortable with this mix of childcare and household support.
Requirements
Own vehicle (we provide car seats)
Comfortable driving with young children
Experience with toddlers/preschoolers preferred
Valid First Aid/CPR certification an asset
Reliable, punctual, and communicative
Schedule
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM minimum, days flexible (to be discussed)

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Connors Family with 3 Children
We are looking for a caring and reliable mother’s helper to join our family as we welcome twins in early 2027. We are looking for part-time care, 3 days a week for approximately 5-6 hours per day. The caregiver would typically be responsible for either our 2-year-old girl or the newborn twins. Duties would include caring for the children (I.e., preparing meals for the toddler/bottles for infants, diapering, taking the toddler out of the house, etc) as well as some general household support (light house work, laundry, meal prep).
