A little bit about us

mommy working full time from home, need assistance with maintaining kids routines 8am-min 2pm, occasionally upto 4pm . Prefer someone who knows how to maintain the balance between order & fun, who can encourage the kids to participate in their routines. Someone who can do outdoor time, learning (apps&books) with them while also allowing independent playtime. May require quick breakfast prep and post cleanup. Dishwasher/laundry sometimes if time permits will be a plus. But priority is someone who can connect with them.
Candidate with long term availability will be preferred so the kids dont have to keep switching caretakers
The two are absolutely delightful, happy and behaved kids, that enjoy company , any sitter will have a blast with them.
