In a cozy home filled with the soft hum of a baby monitor and the gentle scent of baby lotion, three-month-old Julian giggles as he kicks his tiny feet. We are new to this journey, and are doing our best on a fixed income, balancing work and parenthood. Mom, works from her home office and longs to keep Julian close after he struggled with daycare, getting sick twice in just two weeks. Looking for someone kind and reliable to care for their sweet, happy boy at home, Monday through Thursday for about six hours a day, so he can thrive in comfort while Mom works nearby.
