We are a loving family looking for a reliable caring and experienced nanny to help care for our young son. I work as an over-the-road truck driver and spend extended periods away from home while my wife works as a nurse.
Our schedule changes every few months and we typically need childcare for 12–13 hour shifts. We are looking for someone who is flexible dependable patient and attentive to our son’s needs.
Responsibilities include feeding diaper changes playtime following his daily routine and making sure he is safe and comfortable.
We are open to discussing compensation based on experience and availability with the option of weekly or biweekly payments. We are hoping to find someone trustworthy who can build a long-term relationship with our family.

She is picking up some English words due to her sister talking to her. Currently their father and I work full time. I work at a school so my mornings are early. Between managing my work life and home life I need help when assisting with my toddler’s therapy at home and some possible structured learning days and occasional days when we just need the extra help.
