I am looking for someone to care for my baby as I return back to work. I am looking for someone who is caring, responsible and will treat my baby as their own. I would be open to a nanny share if it was with the right family. This would primarily be watching my child in our home. I would expect some local activities in the neighborhood (walks in stroller, etc.)
