Full-Time Nanny Share – Infant Care
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and will create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for both children. Ideally will find second family to nanny share.
Position Details
* Start date: April 2027
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
* Hours: 40 hours/week
* Children: Infant daughter will be ~6mo in April 2027
* Location: Open to hosting, co-hosting, or commuting elsewhere
* Pay: $25-35/hour (split between nanny share), depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Providing attentive, loving care for infant(s)
* Feeding, burping, and following each baby’s individual schedule
* Diapering and managing nap/sleep routines
* Engaging the babies in age-appropriate play, reading, tummy time, walks, and activities
* Supporting developmental milestones and maintaining a consistent daily routine
* Keeping children’s play and feeding areas tidy
* Communicating with both families about schedules, development, and any concerns
* Following each family’s preferences regarding feeding, sleep, outings, and childcare
* Safely taking the children on walks or age-appropriate outings, as applicable
* Potentially some light dog care duties if we host in home; we have a 45 lb Australian Shepherd who will need to be let out back, etc.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced caring for infants, ideally newborns
* Warm, patient, nurturing, and attentive
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable caring for two infants at once
* CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
* A strong communicator who is comfortable working with two families
* A non-smoker
* Willing to provide references and complete a background check

My son’s name is Oliver (Oli) and he is two years old (almost 3, in June). He is incredibly funny, sweet, and interested in the world around him. We want someone who will be playful with him and extremely gentle. He is usually very happy just being engaged with, whether that’s exploring outside or playing with toys/reading books inside.
I work in the hospitality industry, which means this position does include a later night shift. This is an extremely part time position. I currently need someone who can be with my son on Tuesday from[phone number hidden]. While Tuesday is the only consistent day, I do sometimes have unexpected changes to my work schedules since it is such an unpredictable industry to work in. This could be there are a few additional shifts with us throughout the month.
The Tuesday night shift would consist of some play time, dinner time (we usually have options pre made and it would just be heating those plates up) and doing a bedtime routine. Other than that, you would just be at the home until I arrive back from work.

We are looking for someone to be a regular sitter for our 2.5 year old son Oliver on Saturday evenings, starting around 2 pm and going until [phone number hidden] pm. Duties will include playing and interacting with him, taking him for a walk to the park nearby, preparing and cleaning up dinner, administering some oral medication as needed, getting him into pajamas, reading some bedtime stories until he’s tired enough to fall asleep independently, and then just hanging out until we get home.
Oliver doesn’t have any developmental special needs, and is a pretty happy and easy kid. Rambunctious, sometimes rebellious. Usual toddler stuff. His medication is for juvenile arthritis, which he has developed in one knee and one ankle. Apart from that anti-inflammatory medication, there’s nothing that needs to be done to treat that for him, but it’s something to be mindful of if he seems to be having any mobility issues.
Our main priority is his safety, of course, but we also would love to have somebody who can develop rapport and build a bit of a relationship with him. He’s a sweet kid and stability in his caretakers would be nice.
