A little bit about us

We are seeking a caring and experienced nanny to join our family and provide exceptional care for our two boys, aged 2 and 3.5. Our boys are healthy, creative, and full of energy, each with their unique personalities and interests. The older one has a sweet and sensitive soul, displaying a passion for tools and construction. The younger one is incredibly chill, adores dogs, and greatly looks up to his big brother. We believe that finding the right person to care for our children is of utmost importance, as we value their well-being and development.
Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our boys.
Engage in age-appropriate activities and encourage their creativity and imagination.
Foster their individual interests, supporting the older one's love for tools and construction and the younger one's enthusiasm for dogs.
Provide loving guidance and discipline when necessary, utilizing a direct and clear approach.
Prepare meals and snacks for the children, ensuring a balanced and healthy diet.
Assist with bedtime routines and ensure they get a good night's sleep.
Accompany the children to various outings and activities, offering enriching experiences.
Maintain open and regular communication with us regarding the children's progress, needs, and any concerns.
Schedule and Flexibility:

Additionally, we require flexible weekend help, as some days may start as early as 7 am, while others later.
Qualifications:
Experience caring for and engaging with two toddlers is essential.
A warm and nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
Strong communication skills, both with children and parents.
Creativity and enthusiasm to plan and execute engaging activities.
Directness and assertiveness when needed to maintain a structured environment.
Preferred age range for the nanny is late 30s to 40s, bringing maturity and experience to the role.
High energy levels and a willingness to actively participate in the children's daily activities.

We are looking for a part time nanny for our kids starting July 13. We need 3-4days per week, 4:30pm-900p.m. We would prefer Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday occasional Thursday and every other weekend.
