I own a business and my husband also owns his own business as well. We currently have a 2.5 year old that attends 5-days of daycare and are expecting our second child very soon. Given our own businesses, we will not have a traditional parental leave, so I will be looking for part-time support for the newborn starting in mid-late December and through at least the full month of January. The baby would be at least 4 weeks old and have somewhat of an established routine. I would be looking for support in our home while I am working in the office around 3-4 mornings per week (times/days are somewhat flexible). Most times, you would just be with the newborn.
