There are no responsibilities but I would like him to get outside play time before a nap. Days and hours are flexible.

Everything is provided for them already. 1 year old usually naps during that time, so we really just need someone here to make sure they are happy while mom and dad switch from play to work. We work opposite shifts and this is needed to cover the overlap time.
