Full-Time Nanny Job: The Iverson Family with 1 Child
We are searching for a long-term, in-home nanny to help care for our 2-year-old daughter during working hours, and help manage household items.
This would be a Monday - Friday position from around 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. I work from home the majority of the time, and my husband works from home 2-3 days a week. We'd like someone who can care for and engage with our daughter during those hours, help with routine, meal preparation, educational activities, and light housekeeping/household items.
We are planning for another baby over the next year or two and would love to find someone that will help our family for around 1-5 years. Let's chat if this sounds like a fit!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Torres Family with 2 Children
Hello! We are looking for someone to come to our home for 2-3 hours Monday through Thursday in the late afternoon to early evening (think 3:30-5:30 or 4-6ish). Primary responsibilities will be cooking dinner for our family of 4 (myself, my husband, and our two kids, Eloise (3.5) and Sully (6 months)) and cleaning up the kitchen, feeding Sully dinner, packing Eloise’s lunch for school the next day, and putting away the kids laundry. Me and/or my husband will also be at home to focus on the kids during these hours.
Our ideal candidate would also have flexibility for other days/hours of the week or weekend where my husband and I would not be home and the responsibility would be solely the kids!

Babysitter Job: The Rivera Family with 3 Children
Seeking an Engaged, Emotionally Intelligent Nanny
We're looking for an experienced nanny to become a trusted part of our family. Your primary focus will be our bright and curious 2-year-old while also engaging with our two older children (ages 7 and 10), who are more independent but enjoy meaningful interaction and activities.
We're seeking someone who approaches childcare with an educator's mindset—naturally incorporating language development, creativity, problem-solving, curiosity, and learning into everyday life through play, reading, music, art, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate activities.
One of the most important qualities we're looking for is someone who understands that **gentle parenting is not permissive parenting.** We value caregivers with a strong understanding of child development who know children thrive through connection, emotional safety, and clear, consistent boundaries. We want someone who can calmly guide behavior, teach life skills, and hold age-appropriate expectations with patience and respect.
Our ideal nanny takes the time to understand each child's unique personality, temperament, strengths, and needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply supervise children, they mentor, teach, and help them grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
**Our ideal nanny is:**
* Experienced with toddlers and child development
* Education-focused and passionate about teaching through everyday experiences
* Emotionally intelligent, patient, and confident
* Skilled at setting kind, consistent boundaries
* Creative, engaging, dependable, and proactive
* CPR/First Aid certified (preferred)
If you believe every interaction is an opportunity to teach, connect, and help children become capable, confident, and emotionally healthy humans, we'd love to hear from you.
