Part-Time Nanny Job: The Hoppe Family with 2 Children
I am returning to school and my husband works from home full time.. We need someone to watch our kids approximately 3 days/week for 4 hrs/day while I attend class. We need a minimum of 12 hours/week during the day and possibly up to 16-20 hours a week total. We would like to have date night one night per week, preferably Thursdays from 5:00pm-9:00pm.
Primary things we are looking for; someone to play with our kids, feed them and make sure they enjoy arts, crafts, music, learning letters and numbers and reading books. We don't want them on tablets or watching tv.
Whoever we hire is welcome to eat meals and snacks with our kids while they are caring for them. Food will be on hand and only light cooking or warming up food will be necessary. We would like someone to start the week of September 21st, 2026.

My 6 yr old would appreciate attentive, structured play and activities. Anything to enrich his day and spend less time on the ipad. He is high-functioning PDA autistic and responds well to approaches that are lower demand and help him feel in control. His special interests are legos and minecraft. Starting 8 hrs Wednesdays (8-4 or 9-5) with opportunity to add more days if it's going well.

We need a part time nanny for afternoon/early evenings for Monday-Wednesday. They will need to pick her up from camps and bring her home and do meal prep. We prefer someone who takes ERDC.
