Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant — Northwest Hills, Austin — $28–30/hr
We're looking for a full-time nanny/family assistant to join our family: a 7-month-old daughter and 22-month-old son. Mom is home most of the time, so this is a collaborative, team-based role — you'll never be solo with two under two, and there's always backup. Great fit for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent rather than alone.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm (35 hrs/week, guaranteed hours)
Pay: $28–30/hr + 2 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays

Energy wise- we are wanting good energy, warm, loving person, think enneagram 2 (helper) or 7 (enthusiast) type vibe. Someone who loves nature and being outdoors, being creative, and playing with kids. We are a Montessori family. Please be into art, sports, and fort building . 🙏🏼😂But also someone who likes organization and house things (bc I am not amazing in this department. We do have our cleaner who comes once a week.) I need help with kids AND house stuff as I’m wanting to be able to focus more on work/readings with clients as well.
We are also wanting to really find our person as I’m preparing to have my 5th major abdominal surgery hopefully in May🙏🏼🤍✨. I want my family to be adjusted and feel great and know I will have extra support during recovery. Ideally during that time, this person can stay with us first week or recovery.
