Part-Time Nanny Job: The Link Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a nanny who can take care of our 5-month-old for a few hours in the late morning thru early afternoon (10am-2pm; flexible) five days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat; also flexible). Responsibilities will be primarily feeding, changing, playing, and putting down for naps. We (both parents) will actually be at home, but I (the father) have a health condition that makes me tire very easily, and my wife needs some time to do housework and other tasks. We are looking for someone who:
* is detail-oriented and can remember and follow specific instructions regarding care and hygiene
* is not overly chatty and is comfortable working quietly. We are social and like people, but I need to rest a lot and my wife is not a native English speaker.
* does not use scented laundry detergents, fabric softeners, etc. and does not wear perfume, as we are sensitive to scents

I am a Physician in an academic center.
We have 3 daughters (11, 9 and 6). We live in Carmel, they go to private school in Fishers.
There are two tasks required during the day, potential future nanny could choose to do either one or both, the tasks are the following:
1. Wake up the kids in the morning, get them ready to school, drive them to school, and then drop them off around 7:40 AM.
2. Pick up the kids from school at 3 PM, drive them home, and stay with them until I am back from work, usually around five.
As mentioned above, the nanny could do either task or both of them. Important to know that these tasks might be required three days out of the week, plus/minus one day.
Payment will be fair and negotiable.

My husband and I are looking for an experienced, professional, and caring part time nanny for an occasional night out (once or twice a month).
Our daughter is 7 months old. She is very sweet and calm. We would need someone who can play with her, feed her (she eats purees), clean her up, change her, and put her to bed. Anyone with sleep training is a plus but not required.
We are looking for someone who knows infant cpr and first aid, and at least a years worth of experience with infant care.
We are also very strict about following safe sleeping guidelines (no pillows, blankets, toys in crib).
