We have a 3-year-old, a 6-year-old and very soon we'll have a newborn. We're looking for somebody that will be able to watch the children occasionally for the next few months and then starting in January it will be much more full-time, possibly 20 to 30 hours a week. You'd be responsible for a newborn at that time. That would be 4 to 5 months old. There are no special needs. There are no diet restrictions or anything like that. Position Details:
Hours: 20–40 hours/week (we’re flexible but require a minimum of 20 hours); weekday afternoons preferred
Start Date: May 12, 2025
End Date: Mid-August
Location: In our home on the Northwest side of Indianapolis; mom will be present during the day in the home
Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience

Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (e.g., tummy time, reading aloud)
Ensure safety and follow baby’s routine
Light housekeeping and baby-related laundry and bottle/pump part washing and sterilization
