I am a licensed insurance agent, so while my job is flexible, I usually work in the Monday through Friday 9-5 range.

I am a firm believer in gentle parenting and am hoping to find a like minded family for a nanny share so that we can fairly compensate a nanny while keeping childcare within a reasonable budget. I would love to hear from any family who wants to connect about reducing the cost of a private nanny
