Full-Time Nanny Job: The Grossman Family with 1 Child
We are a warm, welcoming family of three who recently relocated to Mountain Brook, Alabama. My husband and I are both working professionals, and we have a wonderful 3-year-old son, Nico.
Nico is a sweet, curious, energetic little boy who loves playing outdoors, cars, trucks, arts and crafts, and exploring new things. He will be attending preschool, and we're looking for a nurturing, dependable nanny who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and encouraging their learning and development.
We're hoping to find someone who will become a valued, long-term part of our family. Our ideal nanny is kind, patient, responsible, proactive, and comfortable working independently. We value open communication, reliability, and someone who takes initiative.
The position will involve school pickup, engaging Nico in age-appropriate activities, and helping with household responsibilities such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry, and light housekeeping.
We're seeking **around 30–35 hours per week, Monday through Friday**, with some flexibility in scheduling. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and would love to find someone who can start as soon as possible.
Above all, we're looking for someone who will care for Nico with kindness and enthusiasm and help make our busy household run smoothly!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Wilhelm Family with 2 Children
Hi there! We are looking for a part time nanny to help with our two boys during the week. Our older boy (3) is in school in the morning and home in the afternoons. Our younger (6mo) is home full time. My husband works from home and I have a flexible schedule at the office. We already have some childcare help from grandparents and a part time college student but we are looking for a couple more days of coverage! Specifically we need help Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Typically 8am-4pm but we can work with your schedule if it's slightly different! General responsibilities would be: bottle feeding, diapers, light tidying the house, helping with the laundry, prepping snacks or meals for the boys, etc. We live in the Mt. Laurel / highland lakes area and are looking for someone relatively nearby so the commute isn't too bad. Let me know if you think you'd be a good fit!

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Pg Family with 2 Children
Hello! I am currently pregnant with twin girls. My babies are expected to be born in July!
I have a 1 week on/2 week off schedule and work hours include days, evenings and nights. I would like a nanny with a flexible work schedule. Willing to work more hours during the 7 days I am working and figure out a schedule that works for both of us (working less when I am off to compensate for the work week).
We can talk on that and figure out a plan. More time off can be given when I am not working in order to balance the hours.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Saxon Family with 1 Child
Looking for a nanny to care for my 3 month old starting late May to August two days a week. Our daycare spot doesn’t open up until August, so this would be a short-term need. You would care for him at our home while my husband and I work from home. We have one dog who is very sweet but there would be no expectation for you to care for the dog or do anything around the house besides care for our son.
