Responsibilities include providing attentive care, feeding child breakfast, lunch and a snack as well as providing water on a routine schedule. The nanny should help with creating a structure, promoting potty training, and self-feeding. I value someone who communicates clearly, is safety conscious and brings a positive energetic presence to my home and plays with my child and encourages my child to play independently. I am looking for childcare Monday through Friday during daytime work hours.
