She's neurodivergent, mainly showing up as demand avoidance: she thrives on choices, not commands, and gets rigid when boxed in. She's imaginative, a skilled builder, loves art and animals (especially cats), and is always up for a game, trampoline, or monkey bars. She engages with reading/math/writing only if it's playful, never worksheets.
Past after-school programs didn't work—she couldn't decompress until home. We want someone who meets her one-on-one, on her own terms.
Must drive her to activities (gymnastics start-up planned). Patient, playful, low-demand language a must. Background check and references (ideally from neurodivergent families) required. Paid trial offered.

My baby is due May 2022. I plan on returning to work PT or FT no later than August 2022. I am a nurse & work normally work 12 hour shifts. I have found a daycare but may need a nanny 3 days a week to pick up the baby & watch the baby for 3-5 hours. I will be living in Arlee, MT and working in Missoula, MT so having your own home would be helpful. Responsibilities would be newborn childcare (feeding, changing, etc). Looking for someone who is CPR/1st aid certified, vaccinated & who has experience working with newborns! Depending on experience, etc hourly price is negotiable.

Job duties include Light house Keeping, preparing meals, light laundry, interacting with children, potty training, giving baths and just having a fun time. My toddler is very energetic and loves the outdoors. He loves to run around and ride his bike. He has a very curious mind. My 4months old loves to go on stroller rides and talk.
