Looking for someone who’s great with kids . Young age , looking for a nanny 4/5 hours a day, roughly starting around 10amending around 2/3 . Both parents work from home , but need that extra hand to play with her and to get her to go on her nap at 1/130 . I want someone with experience and has proof to show it . Someone who worked with infants before , my daughter is almost 5 months, so not only someone who can watch her but pay close attention to all her moves . I’m very big on paying full attention to a child especially if I’m paying you to do it . I’m a new mom so my expectations with hiring someone to watch my only baby is high . Thank you
