An organized Darien family seeks an assistant/nanny with 5+ years of experience for 2 kids and a large, high-energy puppy. Pay: $25$30/hr. Schedule: MonThurs, 2:00 PM7:00 p.m. 20 hours/wk guaranteed. Most Fridays off, but needs flexibility to shift hours. Open to starting 23 days/wk. Key Duties: 2:00-3:15 PM: Walk/exercise large puppy, pack school lunches, map tomorrow's calendar, tidy up. 3:15-5:30 PM: Flawless driving to school pickups, local activities, and appointments. We are looking for an experienced, reliable nanny to primarily care for our newborn, due in mid-December. We also have an almost 2-year-old daughter, but the nanny’s main responsibility will be the baby, and our family will continue to handle most of our toddler’s care.

We are in Darien and are open to discussing schedule and live-in/live-out arrangements for the right person. We would ideally like someone who can stay with us for at least the first 2 months, with the possibility of extending long-term if things work out well.
