Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mooney Family with 2 Children
We're a warm, family-oriented household in Murrieta with two little boys: a sweet, active toddler (2 y/o) and his baby brother (2 mons). We also have a dog and a cat. We're looking for a nanny who wants to grow with our family long-term.
Timing: We'd love to start now. I'm on maternity leave until January, so the next few months are a chance to learn our routines together. Once I return to work, you'll care for both boys on your own during your scheduled mornings. I'll be working from home, but I'll be in meetings, so you'll be the primary caregiver.
Our schedule: I work at a tech company and on East Coast hours (early mornings) and travel about once a quarter. My husband works in sales across OC and LA and is in the field 2–3 times a week. Our core need is Tuesday–Friday mornings/early afternoons with occasional extra flexibility when I travel or have important meetings.
The role includes:
Caring for a toddler and an infant at the same time, juggling naps, bottles, and play
Engaging play, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities
Simple toddler meals and snacks, bottles, and diapering
Keeping consistent nap and feeding schedules
Light tidying of play areas, the kids' laundry, and occasional dishes
What matters most to us:
Punctuality: our workdays are planned around your arrival, so being on time every day is essential.
Independence: you can confidently run the day with two little ones without step-by-step direction, and you use good judgment.
Coachability: you're open to our routines and preferences and adjust easily when we give feedback.
Communication: you send quick updates and speak up early if something isn't working.
Commitment: we're looking for a long-term fit, ideally a year or more.
Experience caring for two children under three, especially including an infant, is a big plus.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Krueger Family with 1 Child
Hi!
I am looking for a part time nanny to come to my house and care for my 7 month old a few times a week. I work from home and just need an extra set of hands/eyes so I can get things done.
My daughter is a happy baby and is very go with the flow. I'd be home most, if not all of the time and just working away.
I was thinking of starting off with Monday, Wednesday, with the possibility of opening up to Fridays at some point. Hours would be 9am-2pm.
I would love if some light housekeeping could be done (bottles, dishes, or anything you see), I just need some help. Thank you!

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Demos Family with 3 Children
I am a full time employed single mother to 3 beautiful little girls! Kaliyah ,age 8, Kavahna age 5, and Kahlani age 2. Kaliyah is my tomboy who loves outside activities and arts and crafts and Kavahna is my girly girl who loves all things pink and loves to color! My littlest one is very loving but is definitely finding her personality and thinks she’s all grown up like her big sisters and follows their lead in everything. I have a dog ,Kona, who is an Australian Cattle dog and doesn’t need anything more than some love and attention sometimes. I’m looking for help dropping off and picking up my oldest daughter from school and watching my other two during the day until their grandmother gets home from work. This would be 10 hours a day for 3 days one week and then 10 hours a day for 2 days the following week and alternating back and forth as so. Thank you in advance!
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Salguero Family with 2 Children
My wife and I both work remotely and are looking for a nanny to help us during the workday. We’re looking for a positive influence, who can play, educate, and do light cooking for our children. Cooking would only be lunches if my wife or I can’t whip something up between calls etc. We have and educational and playtime schedule we’d like to have followed throughout the day. We are pretty laid back but when it comes to our kids we mean business! Looking for a long term hire that hopefully becomes one of the family!
