We are looking for a reliable, patient caregiver starting right after Thanksgiving! This unique split-shift schedule (~20–22 hrs/wk) is an ideal fit for a local student (great for OT/PT/education/psych majors), a remote worker, or someone seeking independent living arrangements.
The Setup (Primarily 1-on-1 Care):
We have two sweet boys, and care is divided equally between them—however, most of your working time will be spent 1-on-1 with just one boy at a time, not both. Our oldest has special needs (attends Speech, OT, and ABA), so patience and comfort with neurodiversity are essential.
Schedule & Driving Details:
* Mon–Thu Mornings (6:00 AM – 8:30 AM): Morning routine & getting ready for school.
* Mon–Thu Afternoons (~2:30/3:00 PM): Pick up our oldest son from school and drive him to ABA.
* Friday Mornings (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM): Morning routine, drive our oldest son to Speech/OT at 9:00 AM, then drop him off at school.
* Occasional weekend help is an optional bonus!

Live-In Accommodations:
* Private garden-level suite with its own private entrance, full bathroom, and kitchenette.
* Food stipend included.
* All utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ability to add you to our family phone plan at no cost to you
Compensation & Requirements:
* Pay is negotiable, with higher compensation for someone willing to help with light household chores.
* Must have a clean driving record and reliable vehicle (all driving reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate).
* Comfort/experience working with special needs required.
* References and background check required.
