We are a family with two young daughters, a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old, seeking an experienced nanny. One parent works remotely while the other is in graduate school, and we have a large dog, so comfort with pets is important.
We follow a Montessori-inspired approach in our home and are looking for someone who can support this philosophy. We value age-appropriate, developmentally aligned activities that encourage independence, hands-on learning, and a calm, structured environment.
The schedule will be Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30/9AM to 4:30/5PM. In addition to childcare, responsibilities include the childrenâs laundry, preparing simple meals for them, and maintaining tidy play and eating areas.
We are seeking a candidate with strong references, current CPR/first aid certifications, and a consistent history of reliability. Compensation will be provided through payroll.
