Hello! My name is Jessica and I am looking for a full time nanny for my 10 year old son who is homeschooled. Approximate hours would be M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm. My son is on the autism spectrum, so experience with autistic kids / special needs kiddos is a plus, but not a requirement. He's fully verbal and self-sufficient for the most part. He mostly only needs help with processing/understanding social situations and emotions. He's extremely social, energetic and LOVES to laugh and be outdoors. We go in nature all the time, paddle boarding, fishing, looking for snakes, frogs, crystals, etc. I am looking for someone just as energetic, playful and bubbly as he is, who can keep up with him and help him burn off energy during the day. His homeschool work is mostly done online and won't require much from you, other than ensuring he does it and helping if needed. Pay starts at $24/hour, but I need someone who can help with household chores, meal prep and occasionally chauffeur my 16 year old daughter around. For that, I am willing to pay up to $26/hour, depending on your experience and ability. We are looking for a fabulous, committed, and flexible part-time nanny for our cute and cuddly 10-month old son. We want a nanny who is energetic, extremely reliable, and who can work with our son on meeting his developmental milestones like walking and talking.
We would need someone available Mondays and Wednesdays 7am-3p, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10a-5p and Fridays 10a-3p. You would be scheduled for a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours within the days/times listed. Fridays would be rarely needed. You’d be given a schedule a month in advance.
We need someone who is highly dependable (our jobs do not permit us to call out sick or come in late-- so this is absolutely crucial). Our son is 10months and will primarily be the child you will be looking after. We also have a 3-year old, who will only occasionally (rarely) be at home at the same time. She is in pre-school and has her own daycare, but extenuating circumstances may mean she will be there on occasion. We would pay an additional $5 per hour for her and will notify you ahead of time if she's ever going to be there.
Because of the flexibility that is required for this position, we are willing to pay $18-$22 per hour to the right person and we would allow someone to bring their own child, depending on the age of that child.
