Full-Time Nanny Job: The Langel Family with 1 Child

A little bit about us

My son is a fun loving 6 year old who is actively in 1st grade during the day. He loves Legos, painting, and talking about space. He has tutoring out of my home 2 days per week, Jazz Dance on Monday's, and swim lessons some weekends.
I am looking for someone to watch him when I go out of town for work (sometimes up to 5 days at a time), when I go to dinners (usually 4 hours), or on date nights.
I have at least 2 date nights or dinners per month, and travel at least once per month. At times I have very early meetings and may need someone to get him ready for school / complete drop offs, or post school pickups.
Also in terms of where to have the nanny time, I would like to keep everything in my home - so he stays on our schedule and routine (very important for him).
On times when I am out of town, sometimes I am out of the country - not just within the US. So I would really need someone who could keep to his schedule, manage food, his busy schedule to and from, reading, school projects, and care while I am away. Also he and I are very close, so I would truly like someone who is great at communicating and feels like an extension of the family / care.
