I’m looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny for my 3-month-old baby boy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
I’m hoping to find someone who has experience caring for infants, is attentive, patient, responsible, and comfortable following the baby’s daily routine. Russian-speaking candidates would be a plus.

Full-Time Nanny Needed ASAP – Sarasota (Downtown)
We're a warm, work-from-home family looking for an experienced, loving nanny for our 18-month-old son. He's curious and active, and he loves books, water play, walks, and learning new words and signs. We're hoping to find someone who will grow with our family long-term.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Start ASAP.
A TYPICAL DAY
- Engaged, hands-on care: reading, sensory and imaginative play, sign language, early learning, and short stroller walks
- Routines: solids, contact naps in a carrier, and logging sleep, meals, and diapers in our Napper app
- A responsive, attachment-style approach: comforting him through big emotions, calm redirection, and no screens
- Light household management: daily tidying, floors, dishes, laundry, and bathrooms, mostly done while he nurses or naps. We follow a Montessori approach, so he loves to "help."
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of nanny experience with children under 2
- Infant CPR and first aid certification (water safety is a plus)
- Reliable transportation, a non-smoker, and fluent English
- Someone who follows parental guidance, takes initiative without reminders, and communicates openly
- Bonus: a Montessori or early childhood education background, a second language, or potty training experience
WHAT WE OFFER
- $20/hr starting, with a performance review and potential raise after a 90-day probationary period
- Potential for paid vacation after 90 days
- A retention stipend
- Access to family vehicles while working
- A respectful, appreciative family and a detailed daily care guide so you're set up to succeed
- Note: our family travels 2–5 weeks per year
