Full-Time Nanny Needed – Overland Park, KS
Seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our 3-year-old son in a full-time role.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with some flexibility in start and end times.
What Matters Most to Us:
• Safety is our top priority
• Kindness and compassion toward our son are absolutely essential
• Genuine engagement throughout the day—not just supervision
About the Role:
• Engage in play, reading, learning, and outdoor activities (we live across from a park and Deanna Rose Farmstead)
• Must be comfortable with our two very friendly dogs
• Light upkeep of his play areas, toy sanitizing, and occasional vacuuming (pet hair happens)
Qualifications:
• Experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children, with an understanding of developmental milestones
• A calm, caring, and warm demeanor—someone who nurtures with patience and positivity
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
• Seeking a long-term fit (1+ year preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive hourly pay
• 8 paid PTO days per year after 90 days of employment
• 4 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Reimbursement for child-related expenses, with the goal of providing funds in advance for planned activities and outings
• Paid trial period to ensure the right mutual fit
• Flexible with unpaid time off when needed, with advance notice

Part-Time Nanny Job: The H Family with 1 Child
Looking for someone to take care of our 14 month old boy, full-time, in Overland Park, KS. One of us works from home full time and can assist/be flexible with scheduling as needed. We do have a sweet golden doodle that is home as well. Responsibilities would be meeting milestone expectations, playtime and activities for a toddler and following his eating/nap schedule.
