A little bit about us

We're moving to Madison from New York City and are looking for someone to join our family in caring for our daughter. We're looking for an experienced, kind, collaborative partner to help us Monday through Friday from approximately 8am to 5:30pm. Beyond the standard expectations of helping care for our daughter, we are looking for someone who can drive (and has an extremely safe driving record) her to some activities throughout the week. Both parents will need to commute into NYC a couple of days a week, but when we are working from home, we'll be in our respective offices, allowing our daughter and caregiver to have space they need throughout the house. We'd love for our caretaker to feel comfortable taking her places such as parks, the library, and playdates. We'll also be looking for someone to feed her breakfast and lunch (plus snacks throughout the day and while on the go) and help with her laundry. Our intention is to find someone who wants to be our partners in caring for our daughter, as we hope to find someone that we can look at as trust as family.
