Part-Time Nanny Job: The Hildreth Family with 1 Child
We’re looking for a kind, dependable nanny to spend two days a week with our baby boy, Charlie (3 months as of 9/18/26). He’s a sweet, curious little guy who loves being talked to, listening to music, looking around at everything, and is starting to become much more interactive. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys caring for infants and can become a familiar, consistent person in Charlie’s week.
We need regular coverage on Fridays from 11:30 AM–7:30 PM and Saturdays from 11:30 AM–6:30 PM, for approximately 15 hours per week.
Primary responsibilities are focused entirely on Charlie: bottle feeding, diapering, naps, age-appropriate play and interaction, tummy time, soothing, and cleaning bottles and baby items used during the day. No general housecleaning is required.
We’d especially value someone with infant experience who is patient, attentive, comfortable following our feeding and sleep routines, and communicates well with us. Infant CPR/First Aid training is strongly preferred.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone we can trust and who will enjoy getting to know Charlie as he grows. We’d love for this to become a consistent relationship rather than simply having someone watch him for a few hours each week.
Schedule:
Friday: 11:30 AM–7:30 PM
Saturday: 11:30 AM–6:30 PM
Location: Chandler, AZ
Hours: Approximately 15 hours/week

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Bagels Family with 3 Children
Hi! We’re the Winterland family, and we’re looking for someone special to join our family as we build our family-owned bagel shop, Roll & Rise Bagels.
We have three wonderful kids: Caleb (5), Kaiyah (3), and Chloe (1). Caleb is curious, energetic, and loves learning and building. Kaiyah is sweet, creative, and loves crafts, books, and doing everything her big brother does. Chloe is our happy little one who loves to explore, play, and be part of the action. She still takes a daily nap.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves being around young children and wants to be actively involved in their days—not simply supervise them. We’d love someone who can make learning fun through simple activities like handwriting, letters, counting, reading, crafts, puzzles, and hands-on play. We prefer limited screen time and want our kids spending their days playing outside, using their imaginations, reading, creating, and enjoying quiet time.
Care will be at our home Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–3 PM (about 35 hours/week), with some flexibility. There is no regular need to drive the kids or run errands, although walks to our neighborhood park are welcome. We’d also like someone comfortable preparing and helping with breakfast and lunch.
We’re not looking for household cleaning, but we do expect help keeping the kids’ play areas and activity spaces tidy and organized.
We also have a no-cell-phone policy during childcare hours. We want our nanny to be fully present and engaged with the kids, so personal cell phone use should be limited to emergencies.
Most importantly, we’re hoping to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family—not just someone who watches the kids. We want our children to form a genuine relationship with their nanny, and we want to build a relationship based on trust, respect, and good communication. We’re excited to find someone who will love our kids, invest in them, and become an important part of this exciting season for our family!

Part-Time Nanny Needed – Monday & Friday Mornings (Chandler)
We currently have a part-time nanny Tuesday–Thursday from 7:30am–12:00pm and are looking to add consistent help on Mondays and Fridays from 7:30am–12:00pm. We would also love to find someone open to occasional date nights or events when available.
We are a busy but organized household. I homeschool my 10-year-old (every other week), and we also have a 2-year-old and almost 1-year-old twins. Experience with twins and/or multiple young children is strongly preferred.
My 10-year-old works independently on schoolwork and requires minimal supervision. I simply ask that when preparing food for the 2-year-old (breakfast/lunch), enough is also made for her. I typically have lunch prepped ahead of time — it usually just needs to be warmed up.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable with multiple young children
• Warm, patient, and attentive
• Able to help with basic child-related meal prep
• Open to occasional additional hours for date nights/events
If you’re interested, please include your hourly rate when messaging.
Looking forward to connecting!
