I have mostly worked with family or family friends, especially when the parents want to travel without their kids. I have worked with children as young as 5 months to as old as 12, including young special needs kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some indoor activities I enjoy doing with children are movie days, building forts, playing board/video games, drawing/coloring, karaoke, playing fun games that incorporate learning, and playing hide and seek (INDOORS ONLY).
Some outdoor activities would be water balloon fights or water gun fights, tag, kickball, baseball/softball

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part is making sure the children are comfortable, happy, and properly taken care of. Especially comfortability and gaining trust. I think if we have that covered we could have lots of fun!
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with special needs children from the ages of 1 to 7. Having experience with eloping as well and not having an issue with it as long as there are proper procedures in place to insure their safety.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Sitting back and watching them play outside while I read my book or listen to soft music.
