I worked at a swim school for a year, teaching kids 9m-13yrs and also managing a team of mostly teenagers. During the pandemic I also cared for my cousins, ages 6-10 for several months, including helping them with lessons, driving them to and from school and assisting with other caretaking tasks regularly.
