My favorite moment is always the moment of realizing how much a child has connected with me. Sometimes children take time to adjust to having someone new around and they may not be so welcoming when their parents are away. It's very understandable so I try my best to be something like a mentor and someone they can trust . When they let their guard down and actually embrace me. That's my favorite part.
