I love exploring what the children feel passionately about and helping them explore new things that aid in their development! My favorite activities though are painting with them, hiking, playing sports, cooking, reading, and doing small science experiments catered to their specific stage of development.

Listening to the kids! Being able to hear their needs, stories, and wants makes such a big difference to their development and your relationship with them as a nanny! While I maintain my boundaries and not everything they want can happen, being able to listen and have conversations with kids is huge.
