Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I prefer to stick to screen-free activities when babysitting, and I love to encourage kids to find creative ways to spend their time. Some of my favorite outdoor activities are making obstacle courses, chalk drawings, swimming, riding bikes, and taking nature walks. My favorite indoor activities when cooling off are crafting, acting out scenes, make-believe, board games, and baking simple treats with older kiddos.

The most important part of being a nanny to me is fostering an educational and loving environment for all ages and abilities.
My experience with special needs children...
have worked with neurodivergent children (ASD of varying severity, ADHD, BPD, etc.), and have worked with children in the foster care system with varying degrees of trauma responses.

I don't think I can pick a favorite moment, but up there is definitely when my former nanny kids call to update me on their lives, even though I'm not with their family anymore.
