A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Abigail. I am an Austin native and a high school graduate. Working with children has always brought me joy. Watching them grow and getting to know each child's unique personality makes everyday a fun adventure. I have six plus years of childcare experience with children of all ages. I developed a passion for working with the special needs children after my own sister was born with a genetic condition rendering her non verbal. During my senior year of high school I was enrolled in the Principles of Education program. I had the opportunity to work in the special needs classrooms ranging from toddlers to adults. Also throughout high school I accrued over three hundred volunteer hours including working with seniors at a nursing facility in Dripping Springs. In my spare time I am an avid reader and animal lover who has a deep love and passion for music. I have over four years of formal training of piano and voice. I look forward to speaking with you.
