Caring about the children and what they feel is very important to me. I want them to feel loved and comfortable when they are not with their parents. I also like to help children grow in their abilities, independence, and confidence. I like to teach them to do and try new things. I encourage older children to come and ask me for help when they need it, but I also like to make sure they know how to do things by themselves (depending on the age).
