The most important part about being a Nanny is being able to actually engage with the kiddos. It's very important to challenge them and make them laugh and play with them. It goes so much further than making sure kids are safe. ( even though that part is SUPER important!)

I was finger painting with one of my kiddos, she was having so much fun and was covered in washable paint! All of the sudden she looked up at me and said "Ms. Abi, promise you won't stop coming over to play with me!" That was so heartwarming and sweet.
