The most important part about being a nanny...
is having boundaries set with the family and the kids. Showing respect towards the family and the kids and for myself. Being professional , also good communication with everyone. Knowing the families rules and their boundaries. So I can keep those rules , boundaries going when the parents are not around.

helping out in highschool , and I have family members who have kids with special needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
is creating a bond with the families , especially the kids. Seeing them grow is a bitter sweet moment to me makes me enjoy being a nanny so much more. Seeing the excitement with the kids. I love creating crafts with the kiddos or little art gifts because they will make me a little card or a small thank you letter and getting those meant so much to me. I do keep everything they have ever made me.
